Different Menu for Online Ordering

If you have Online Ordering, you will notice there are two places to edit menus, and they work differently.

This is intentional.

Menus displayed on the website and used in the online ordering.

Why have two different menus?

Wouldn't it make sense to only have 1 menu? We'll for some restaurants. It would make sense if both the website menu and the online order menu will always remain the same, same items, same prices with no changes. This isn't always the case,

From our experience, there are some items that are not served online or there may be a slight price difference. There are also occasions when the online order menu is completely different (it may be a reduced menu).

Sometimes the menus may be the same, but if they are forced to be the same it would be much more difficult to separate.

Furthermore, sometimes restaurants only use online ordering for catering menus.

Additionally, the upsell options and selections don't need to be attached to the website menu.

For now, until a more elegant solution is developed we're maintaining different menus.
