Order Views
The view controls at the top right corner of the order screen control the view format of the screen.
Toggling between Board and List view
To view order categories laid out in boxes on your screen, click Board in the upper-right hand corner of the Orders screen. This is the leftmost button in the toolbar.
The Board view is the recommended view for typical daily use.
To view orders in a list, click List in the upper-right hand corner of the orders screen. This is the second button from the left.
The Board view only displays the 5 last orders in each status category. The list view displays all the orders, paginated. It may be easier to find older orders in the list view.
Compressing and Expanding Layout in Board view
By default, the Board view arranges order categories as boxes. To increase or decrease the number of boxes across the screen, use the Compress Layout (-) and Expand (+) Layout buttons at the upper-right hand corner of the Orders screen.
The compressed view displays the same number of categories but organizes them into 2 columns. This may be useful for smaller screens like 7" tablets or phones.
The expanded view is more suitable for larger screens.
Hide Unconfirmed Orders
To hide unconfirmed orders, click the Hide Un-confirmed button, in the upper-right hand corner of the screen.
The unconfirmed orders should only be hidden if the settings have been configured to automatically enter the confirmed column and skip the unconfirmed status.
If you are unable to see incoming orders or the unconfirmed column is missing, a solution is to make sure the unconfirmed column is not accidentally hidden. Click this button to toggle the unconfirmed column back on.
Quick Settings
To the Quick Service Settings window. Click the Quick Settings button, in the upper-right hand corner of the screen.
The quick settings button opens the settings window for the order service, similar to the settings screen. From here you can enable/disable the service, set automatic status, and the order wait times.
Refresh Orders
To refresh orders, click the Refresh button at the upper-right hand corner of the screen. It's typically not necessary to refresh the screen, as new orders automatically update this screen.
