Modify Ready Time

The Online order system maintains an Order Ready Time. Order Ready Time is maintained both for the management of orders passing through the restaurant, and to notify the customer when the order will be ready. 

There may be times when you'll need to adjust when an order will be ready.

To change the Ready Time on an Order:

1. On the Orders screen, click the order for which you want to modify the ready time.
2. Click the Details button that pops up below the order.
3. Towards the top of the window that pops up, click the drop-down menu Modify Est. Ready Time. Select how much time you want to add. You can add up to 120 minutes
